Matthew Jackson has 12 years of experience in advanced material engineering. He received his PhD from the University of Southern Mississippi and specializes in molecular modeling, polymer chemistry, polymer physics, and composite manufacturing. Prior to its acquisition by Solvay, Matthew worked as a Scientist at Cytec. He is now part of the Solvay Composites Business Unit and is focused on the development of advanced materials for the aerospace industry. 
 
Rebekah Sweat
Research Scientist

Rebekah Sweat completed her PhD at FSU in Industrial Engineering focused on Material Science. Her role as a Research Scientist at Solvay in the Composite Materials Global Business Unit includes experimental and computational micro-mechanics to further the understanding of material failure and deformation in order to develop next-generation materials. 
 
Richard Mitchell
Lead Product Marketing Manager
ANSYS
 
Richard Mitchell studied Engineering at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and is now the Lead Product Marketing Manager for Structures at ANSYS. He joined ANSYS in 2006 working in pre-sales and support roles. Before joining ANSYS, Richard worked for a high-tech company in the south of the UK. He worked as an analyst on space and vacuum tube technologies. 
 
Hayden Cornwell

Hayden obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Aerospace Engineering from MIT. As Application Engineer at MultiMechanics, he is responsible for working with customers to solve their material engineering problems using MultiMech.
