We’re looking to add a Customer Success Manager to our team. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are able to use our software to its fullest capabilities. This role is critically important to our success and we’re eager to find the person who is excited about working for an ambitious start up and taking good care of our customers.
- Work with our clients to ensure they’re able to exceed their expectations of MultiMech
- Liaise with our engineering team to draw their attention to customer needs
- Train customers on our software and how to best apply it to solve their problems
- Help create documentation, training materials, and case studies
- Collaborate with external partners and IT service providers
- Document support processes in anticipation of scaling the team
- Other job-related duties as may be assigned by management
- Experience working in customer facing role for a software or technology company
- Experience with Modeling and/or Simulation
- Experience with Composite Materials is a plus
- Calm and levelheaded under pressure
- Experienced and comfortable with independent decision making
- Experience with Atlassian’s tools is a plus (e.g. Bamboo, Bitbucket, etc)
